Our process

Five steps, from first conversation to full ownership.

We don't sell software and disappear. Every school moves through the same sequence — test it before you commit to it, and take it over once you trust it.

01

Interest

Your school reaches out and shows interest in the system — a call or a visit is all it takes to begin.

02

Build & train

We build your school's app under your own name and logo, then run two hours of hands-on training for administrators and teachers.

03

Show interest

A commitment fee of 3,000 Liberian Dollars gets the work officially under way.

04

Test & explore

Your staff run the system for two full academic periods — enough time to genuinely get familiar with it, not just poke around.

05

Take over & manage

Once testing is done, the system is handed fully to the school. You manage it, your way — we stay on for support.

What we build

One system, built around how your school actually runs.

Every deployment is custom-built and fully branded — your name, your colors, your data.
